This term we have been learning all about the United Kindom in our topic.  Well done to everybody for their fantastic ranger projects, lots of pupils earned their bronze, silver and even gold badges!

We have also had great fun in science learning about plants and going outdoors to explore wildlife habitats.  We built bug hotels and went pond dipping.

Our novels this term have been 'The True Story of the Three Little Pigs' and 'The Iron Man'.  We have had lots of fun reading these and producing work based on these stories.  The children were inspired to produce some fantastic pieces of writing.

We especially enjoyed our trips to the Ricoh to meet famous authors and to the Think Tank.
